Natalie Lee, our team leader, is leading LA1st to the forefront of accounting and tax service providers by directing the company’s strategic plans, including initiatives in China. Previous to LA1st, Natalie was consulting with small businesses and wealthy individuals in the greater LA Basin area on tax, financial and related matters. Natalie earned a Master Degree in Education in the US, and later earned the title as Enrolled Agent to Practice before the IRS.

Abraham Huang brings over 20 years of management experience and innovation to LA1st, where he is responsible for a diversified portfolio including international tax planning and assisting foreign clients in making real estate investments in United States and Canada. He is a licensed real-estate broker. Abraham graduated with a Master Degree in Business Administration from CMSU USA, and earned such professional titles as General Securities Supervisor (S24), Investment Advisor and also Enrolled Agent to Practice before the IRS.

Kitty Twu is a CPA with more than 30 years of work experience in varied industries. She is our audit practice team member, overseeing a handful of privately-held businesses whose special needs include compliance with Section 404 and internal controls.

Paul Chew is also a CPA with over 20 years of experience in the auditing, accounting and tax arenas, including a four-year stint with an international public firm in his early career. Paul supervises the accounting and corporate tax section, focusing on the needs of small businesses.

Steve Wu is a Financial Planning Specialist (FPS) with years of experience as a business owner. He is a qualified financial planner, licensed (Series 6) in this country to offer advice on mutual funds and insurance products. He is currently working on a stockbroker’s license (Series 7). Despite his hectic schedule, Steve is working towards a Bachelor degree in E-business.

Jane Liu is a newly-minted CPA, with experience in the auditing field. A graduate of MS Accounting at Cal State LA, she has a knack for applying concepts and knowledge in the classroom to real-life business situations. Jane is familiar with both accounting and tax issues and supervises the individual tax section. She is currently working towards being an Enrolled Agent to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.

Ben Huang is our Legal Consultant in Business Law.  Ben graduated from UCLA, and later earned his MBA and JD degrees from Northwestern Univ., IL.  Ben is licensed to practice in California as an Attorney at Law, and is currently supervising a business contract team in Northern California.
